Pacific Hemostasis Prothrombin Time products are accurate, reliable and easy-to-use offering stability and reliability when you need it most. Products are manufactured with up to 2 years extended shelf life and provide excellent lot-to-lot consistency. Reagents are available in multiple sizes and ISI values, and can be run on most coagulation systems in low and high volume coagulation testing labs.
Pacific Hemostasis Prothrombin Time reagents are used for the detection of acquired or congenital disorders affecting the extrinsic and common pathways. Prothrombin times are also widely accepted as a means of monitoring patients on oral anticoagulant therapy such as warfarin/coumadin.
The reagents provide accurate and reliable results.
The products are compatible with a wide range of automated, semi-automated and manual coagulation analyzers.
The variety of ISI sensitivities and packaging sizes allow the products to be easily adapted into small or large volume coagulation labs.
Product configuration: Lyophilized rabbit brain thromboplastin with CaCl2.
Average normal values: 12-15 seconds.
For use on manual, semi-automated, and automated coagulation analyzers.
