Based on the Clauss method, the Pacific Hemostasis Fibrinogen Assay products offer a quantitative determination of plasma fibrinogen. Products can be purchased as a set or individually. They are compatible with most coagulation systems and can be used in low and high volume coagulation testing labs.
The Pacific Hemostasis Fibrinogen Assay product line offers a complete assay set and fibrinogen controls. Based on the Clauss method, the assay provides a quantitative plasma fibrinogen determination for diagnosing acquired and congenital hemorrhagic disorders. The Thrombin Time Assay provides a qualitative determination and is useful in screening for fibrinogen disorders by measuring the formation of the fibrin clot.
