STEP 1: Preparation
- Prepare electrophoresis buffer
- Dilute stain
- Prepare chamber
- Remove gel from packaging
STEP 2: Sampling
- Blot sample area
- Apply sample template
- Pipette samples and control
- Blot and remove template
STEP 3: Separation
- Place gel in chamber
- Close the lid
- Plug into power supply
- Set time and voltage for electrophoresis
STEP 4: Direct Staining
- Place gel in stain
- Move gel into destain
- Dry completed gel
