- 1% SDS (37°C, 1h)
- 50% formamide (56°C,1h)
- 4 M urea (37°C, 1h)
- 4 M guanidinium thiocyanate ( 15°C - 25°C, 1h) - Biotin binding capacity: > 1.5 ng/well or > 6 pmol/well
