5' - Nucleotidase Test Kit (liquid stable ), R1: 1 x 50 mL; R2: 1 x 25 mL
The assay is linear from 0–300 U/L (r2 >0.99) with intra-assay %CV of less than 4.5% and an inter-assay %CV of less than 6.0%. Assay is specific for 5’-NT and has no detectable reaction with other nucleosides. The assay is not affected by interfering substances such as serum bilirubin up to 40 mg/dL, hemoglobin up to 500 mg/dL, triglycerides up to 1250 mg/dL, ascorbic acid up to 20 mg/dL, and alkaline phosphatase up to 1250 U/L. Stable for 12 months from date of manufacturer when stored @ 2°-8°C.
