Roche Hitachi 747-200 that we distribute at Block Scientific is a user-oriented, random access chemistry analyzer that is well adapted to perform photometric and potentiometric assays on body fluid samples including serum, urine, plasma and CSF.

The analyzer comprises two analytical units, a vacuum pump unit, a control unit, and one deionized water tank. In each analytical unit, there is a sampling system, incubation water bath system, a reagent dispense system, two photometer systems, and a cell rinse system.

The vacuum pump unit, which is the main vacuum system of the instrument, is a separate unit. The control unit consists of the CPU, a printer, a keyboard, a monitor, a floppy disk drive, and a host computer interface port.

Roche Hitachi 747-200 has a rich set of features such as integrated maintenance function, help functions, Insta-link reagent loading, high in-process QC, reaction plots and refrigerated reagent storage for 32 photometric channels, throughput of 6600 tests per hour with dual ISE’s, and sample capacity of 300 samples.
