The Unico M16 is a monocular, cordless microscope designed for the use of introductory science experiments. As a great student-proof instrument for the application at elementary and junior high school levels, this microscope is compact in size, inexpensive, durable and easy to handle. This instrument has a reverse nosepiece, a sturdy and reliable frame, LED illuminator, optional AC adapter and uses 3 disposable AA batteries for operation.

Included with the Unico M16 model are a locked-on 10x widefield eyepiece with a built-in pointer, three par-focal and par-centered achromatic objectives 4x, 10x and 40x, locked-on stage clips, an integrated NA 0.65 condenser, a 5 position disc diaphragm, and an adjustable stage travel safety rack stop. An optional mechanical stage is also available.
