They come with 14 graduated polyethylene bottles, in which 10 bottles are designated for processing solutions, two each for cleaning reagents and fume control. Both VIP 1000-3000 Series can operate up to 100 hours/step.
 

Program options available are processing time for each station, use of alternating pressure/vacuum, and end of processing time with a full range of status, alarm and safety features. The programs are all protected with battery backup.

The VIP 3000 automatic tissue processor, having a 300 specimen capacity, makes use of three 4-liter, removable paraffin vessels.
