The Leica XL, now on sale at Block Scientific, is an auto stainer, perfect for automated, routine slide staining in histology and cytology. It provides the possibility to load and unload racks, which allows for great flexibility even if there is high workload.
    
Leica XL histology slide stainer comes with features such as 5 wash stations with flow control valves, 18 reagent stations, an integrated oven; fume control with charcoal filter, and PC access for systems diagnosis.

This self-contained bench-top unit offers a throughput capacity of a maximum of 150 slides per hour, and has the capability to run up to 15 different staining protocols at the same time.
