It can also satisfy your in vitro diagnostic testing requirements. The QBC II platelet count, white blood cell counts and the granulocyte and lymphocyte-monocyte white cell counts are calculated by electro-optically measuring packed cell volumes in a QBC blood tube that is specifically meant for the purpose. This analyzer cannot discriminate between normal and abnormal cell types.
