Bayer RA-XT is a computer-controlled, random access chemistry analyzer used for general chemistry testing including glucose, total bilirubin, total protein, calcium, creatinine, cholesterol, magnesium, and potassium. Bayer RA-XT was originally developed by Technicon Instruments Corp which was acquired by Bayer Diagnostics. Now, Bayer Diagnostics has become part of Siemens.

Easy Operational Features with Additional Capabilities

   
Designed with the ISE option, easy operational features and with the capacity to hold 24 resident reagent boats, this device makes use of the chemistry procedures, engineering concepts, and designs similar to that of the other RA family of analyzers such as RA-1000 and RA-500. With the use of this analyzer, you can carry out end-point, zero order and first order analysis. It has the capability to perform 240 tests and can produce 26 chemistry results per hour and if blank assay is required, the number of tests is 120 per hour. Expanded memory and the facility to maintain a library of up to 127 methods, micro processor controlled system functions, touch screen display, universal reagent boat, and forty column printer are characteristic features of Bayer RAXT.
