Beckman GPR (the predecessor to the GS
series) is a refrigerated centrifuge
model, which offers safety,
convenience, unsurpassed reliability,
and enhanced versatility. It includes
direct drive motor with replaceable
brushes. The device has a speed
selection from 0 to 8000 rpm.
In addition, this general purpose
centrifuge boasts a variety of inserts
for numerous applications, which
include timer, rotors, brake settings,
and digital speed displays. It has the
capability to accommodate 750, 500,
250ml tubes, blood bags, and up to
eight 96-well micro plates. The
instrument also comprises rotor GH 3.7
(3750rpm), (4) stainless steel 1000ml
buckets, and (4) 341-939 purple
inserts.
